Note on versions: The Czech version of this policy is the authoritative version. The English and German versions are translations only. The service is operated by Nethletic s.r.o. 1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They may be set by us ("first-party") or by third parties ("third-party") whose services we use.

2) Legal basis

• Strictly necessary cookies: legitimate interest (to run the site).
• Analytics / performance cookies: your consent.

3) How we use analytics tools

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., pages viewed, clicks, device type). We configure GA4 to limit personal data (e.g., IP masking/region controls where available) and we don't use GA to identify you directly. Data may be processed by Google on servers outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to generate heatmaps and session replays so we can see which parts of pages are most used and spot usability issues. Clarity automatically masks common sensitive fields; we also configure masking to avoid capturing personal data in recordings.

Important: We never use Clarity or GA to record passwords or intentionally collect sensitive information.

4) Cookies we set (examples)

5) Managing your choices

• Cookie Settings (recommended): Use the Cookie Settings link to enable/disable Analytics.
• Browser controls: Most browsers let you delete or block cookies.
• Google Analytics opt-out: Install the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Do Not Track: We respect consent choices set via our banner. (Browser DNT signals are not uniformly honored by all services.)

6) Nethletic app — data we process

When you use the Nethletic app (nethletic.app), we process the following data:

• Account and profile: your name and email address, and sign-in via email or Google.
• Workout history and progress: completed sessions, your plans and results, so the app can track progress and recommend the next steps.
• Session bookings and session tokens: the sessions you book and the access tokens tied to them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never store card details.
• Service emails: transactional messages such as sign-up confirmation, booking confirmations, reminders and password reset.
• Hosting: all data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU.
• Legal basis: performance of the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7) Google Calendar integration

Trainers can choose to connect their Google Calendar to Nethletic.

• What we access: the scopes calendar.events and calendar.readonly, requested only for trainers who connect their calendar.
• Why: we use them only to (a) check the trainer's busy times so clients can't book clashing sessions, and (b) create, update and delete calendar events for Nethletic sessions.
• What we store: only the access tokens Google gives us, kept securely on our servers, plus the ID of each event we create. We don't store the contents of other calendar events.
• Sharing: Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI or machine-learning models. People can only see it with the user's consent, for security, or where the law requires it.

Limited Use disclosure: "Nethletic's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

• Removal: you can disconnect anytime in Settings → Notifications. This revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens right away. You can also remove access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

8) Data retention

Analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and according to our tool configurations. We periodically review and delete or aggregate data. For specific retention periods, contact us.

9) International transfers

When data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) provided by our service providers.

10) Updates to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page and via the cookie banner if needed.
